Tour Details

Itinerary

Day 1Cusco – Cunyac Bridge – Apurímac Canyon – Hot Springs of Cunyac

We will begin our Stand Up Paddle and Hot Springs adventure early in the morning. At 7:00 AM., we will pick you up from your hotel or office in Cusco. Then, we will drive for 2 hours through stunning Andean landscapes toward Cunyac Bridge, located at 1,850 meters above sea level. This bridge crosses one of the deepest canyons in the world, offering breathtaking views.

Once we arrive, we will change into wetsuits and prepare all the safety equipment for our adventure. Our expert guides will give a detailed safety briefing and demonstrate proper paddling techniques. After a short practice, we will be ready to begin our exciting river descent.

We will paddle for approximately 3 hours, navigating through rapids of levels I, II, and III. Along the route, we will also find calm sections perfect for relaxing and admiring the natural surroundings. The crystal-clear river winds between high canyon walls, creating an unforgettable experience. Our guides will accompany us in a safety kayak, ensuring a fun and secure journey.

At the end of the river section, we will enjoy a delicious lunch prepared with fresh local ingredients. Afterward, we will relax in the natural hot springs, where warm mineral waters will soothe our muscles after the adventure.
