We will start early at 5:30 AM. and drive through the Sacred Valley, enjoying breakfast with mountain views. Then, we will reach Abra Málaga (4,350 meters above sea level), the highest point of our adventure. Our guide will provide helmets, gloves, and pads before we start our exciting mountain biking descent.
We will ride downhill for about 55 km through changing ecosystems — from snowy peaks to humid cloud forests. After three hours of cycling, we will arrive in Huamanmarca, a small Andean village surrounded by lush vegetation. We will then continue by private transport to Santa María (1,200 meters above sea level for a well-deserved lunch and rest in our lodge.
In the afternoon, we will experience rafting on the Urubamba River (class II–III), an exciting yet safe activity available from April to December. We will feel the cool jungle breeze and enjoy the tropical scenery along the riverbanks. Afterward, we will relax at our lodge and enjoy dinner surrounded by nature.

After a nutritious breakfast, we will start our trek through the tropical jungle. The trail will lead us through coca, banana, and coffee plantations where we can interact with local farmers. Along the way, we will follow parts of the original Inca Trail, once used by messengers of the Inca Empire.
We will enjoy panoramic views of Salkantay Mountain and the deep Huancarccasa Canyon, perfect for photos and rest stops. After several hours, we will descend to Huacayupana for a well-earned lunch prepared with local ingredients. Then, we will continue toward Santa Teresa, where adventure lovers may try an optional zipline experience across the jungle valley.
Later, we will visit the relaxing Cocalmayo Hot Springs, located only 20 minutes from Santa Teresa. The warm, mineral-rich waters will help us relax after an active day. Finally, we will take our private transport to Lucmabamba Camp (2,050 meters above sea level), where we will enjoy dinner surrounded by the sounds of the rainforest.

We will wake up with a warm coca tea and start our hike early. The trail will lead us through a section of the ancient Inca Trail surrounded by tropical vegetation. We will pass through coffee plantations, fruit trees, and orchids while enjoying the sound of birds and waterfalls.
After a few hours, we will reach Llactapata (2,700 meters above sea level), an Inca archaeological site with breathtaking views of Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu in the distance. Our guide will explain the site’s history while we rest and take pictures. We will then descend for two hours toward our lunch stop and continue walking for one more hour to Hidroeléctrica.
From there, we will follow the railway tracks toward Aguas Calientes (2,040 meters above sea level), visiting the Intihuatana stone along the way. Once in town, we will check into our hotel, take a relaxing shower, and enjoy dinner in a local restaurant.
Today will be the highlight of our Inca Jungle Trek to Machu Picchu. We will wake up early to catch the first bus to Machu Picchu (2,430 meters above sea level) and watch the sunrise over the lost Inca citadel. The golden light illuminating the stone temples will create an unforgettable view.
Our professional guide will lead a 2-hour guided tour through the most important sectors — the Temple of the Sun, the Intihuatana, and the Main Plaza. After exploring, we will have free time to take photos or hike Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain (optional).
Later, we will return to Aguas Calientes for lunch at a restaurant of our choice. In the afternoon, we will board the train to Ollantaytambo, where our private transport will drive us back to Cusco.
